英国イングランド中部の都市。陶器に適した豊かな土と、運搬に欠かせない運河などの地形に恵まれていたことから、炭鉱と陶磁器産業で栄えていました。
世界的に有名な陶磁器メーカーの工場が集まる都市。

ハンドペイントのため同じデザインの猫でも一体づつ雰囲気が違います。
現在は製造されていないようですので、なかなかお目にかかれないと思います。
