Hobbs and Company の真鍮プレートです。
会社はアメリカの鍵ディーラー、Alfred C Hobbsによって1852年に設立。
1860年から金庫や倉庫のドアの製造を始めました。
王室御用達、イングランド銀行に金庫の供給もされていました。
1985年閉業しています。

プレートにございます、76 CHEAPSIDE LONDON に1936年までございましたので、
こちらは、1936年以前のものとなります。
